“ I had lunch in the Mill Cafe with a friend today and we both had Avocado on Sourdough bread with a fried egg on top and it was not only delicious, but also really nicely presented. I would definitely go back again. ”
“ It's a great spot. Decent prices, friendlyish staff and loads of outside seating. But microwaved scones was pretty disappointing. ”
“ Finally, a delicious gluten free scone! Beautiful setting, lovely pot of tea and lots of gluten free options! We had a jam and cream GF scone which was divine! Offered either plain or fruit, opted for plain. Can’t wait to come back. ”
“ I decided to take a detour today while travelling back to Hastings from Wales, a good call as it happens. While detouring, I came upon Bradford-on-Avon and having wandered around this amazing little town I found The Mill Cafe which is extremely charming and set a ways back from the main road so that you aren’t constantly being troubled by traffic. The service is brilliant and the cakes are extremely good. Being able to sit outside is wonderful but it was nice to see that they had more than enough space if the standard British weather was to suddenly appear. All in all, a very good find that is worth visiting if you also decide to take the scenic route home. If you are actually driving through the town the you should definitely take the time to stop and mooch around and possibly visit The Mill Cafe. The town is a hidden gem and a very nice surprise. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking and is also worth looking at ”
“ We had a lovely lunch in The Mill Cafe. The food was delicious and staff were all very friendly. Would highly recommend! ”
“ A lovely cafe with brilliant staff. Nice menu with just the right amount of options and great coffee to accompany. Would highly recommend to a Bradford upon Avon day tripper. ”
“ After a long walk to Avoncliff Aqueduct and back, this is a g99d stop to refuel. I had the bacon and Brie sandwich. I asked for cranberry sauce, but they did not have it so I went with onion chutney and thank goodness I did as if I hadn’t the sandwich would have bees spectacularly dry. The fries were decent and the salad was nice and fresh. I also had a chocolate milkshake, which tasted more like flavoured milk than a milkshake. Real ice cream was definitely used but I would have preferred it thicker. Still it did the job. ”
